Every panel dispatched from our facility undergoes stringent testing protocols using calibrated, high-precision instruments to ensure absolute reliability in the field.
High Voltage (HV) Test
Ensuring dielectric strength and verifying that insulation can withstand operational and transient overvoltages.
Megger (Insulation) Test
Measuring the insulation resistance to detect any leakage paths between phases and earth.
Conductivity Test
Verifying copper/aluminum busbar purity and joints to guarantee minimum power loss and heating.
Functional & Sequence Test
Simulating actual site conditions to test relay logic, interlocks, and automated sequences before dispatch.
